Terms of service

By accessing or using the Voxora Labs website (“Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site exists to describe the services Voxora Labs (“Voxora”) offers and to let prospective clients book a free strategy call. The Site is informational. Booking a call does not create a contract between us — that happens separately, in writing, after we've talked.

• Strategy calls are free, with no obligation on either side.
• What we discuss on the call is non-binding for both parties — it's a working session, not an offer.
• If we move forward together after the call, the engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement, not these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to access systems or data not intended for you, including via scraping, automated tools, or reverse-engineering.
• Submit false or misleading information through the booking form.
• Use the Site to send spam, malware, or harassing content.

All content on the Site — copy, design, code, branding, icons, photographs — is owned by Voxora Labs or used with permission and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, or repurpose content from the Site without our written permission.

The Site embeds third-party services (e.g., the GoHighLevel calendar widget). Use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control. Read them before using.

The Site and any free information shared through it are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about results, performance, or fitness for any particular purpose. Any business outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxora Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to USD $100.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in whichVoxora Labs is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
